As a trusted partner, Living As A Leader provides data-driven leadership development support to businesses looking to grow their people. The Emerging Leader Series provides six monthly skill-building workshops, plus monthly small group coaching, to equip your project managers, team leads, or high-performing individuals to move into formal leadership roles.

bizconnect Expo
The BizConnect Expo can act as a catalyst for
establishing meaningful connections and lead to fruitful
collaborations and opportunities. It is a platform to

Youth Apprenticeship Program
A program facilitated by RAMAC, in collaboration with Racine Unified School District, Youth Apprenticeship (YA) integrates school-based and work-based learning to instruct students in employability and occupational skills. Students are simultaneously enrolled in academic classes to meet high school graduation requirements, in a youth apprenticeship related instruction class, and are employed by a participating employer under the supervision of a skilled mentor.
