Payment and Refund Policy

Payments made via credit card on RAMAC's website for membership fees and events, etc. are processed at the time the payment is made.  Payments will be applied to any outstanding invoices within three (3) business days.

Event Registration Cancellation

• Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is three (3) business days before the event.
• Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund.
• Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
• Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

These above policies apply to all RAMAC Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.

Membership Refunds

RAMAC Membership Fees are non refundable. Pro-rata refunds are not available.
