EFFECTIVE DISCIPLINE Date: Tuesdays, March 2 – April 6, 2010 Time: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon Cost: $215.00 Members - $430.00 Non-members This course is intended to teach constructive discipline principles and procedures to office or factory supervisors from organized companies. Class members are taught to recognize and properly handle potential disciplinary action by the supervisor to teach, train and encourage employees not to break the rules—but to obey them. Attendees are taught how to effectively use corrective discipline (what to do and what to say) and when action should and must be taken to correct violations of common company rules. The course features class participation.
