RAMAC  is pleased to introduce Gary Fahl as our new Environmental Consultant.

Gary brings expertise and experience to the job of helping individual RAMAC businesses maximize their potential for both an environmentally sustainable and profitable workplace.

Gary is available to assess the affect of environmental factors in your business and help you to develop a system for environmental management.   This would include looking at green manufacturing practices, products that contain a high percentage of recyclable materials, greenhouse gas emissions, and energy conservation practices.  Manufacturers, health care providers, small businesses and professional offices can all find ways to improve with an assessment and some suggestions from Gary.   Currently, grants are available to cover a portion of the costs of the assessment and consultation.

Gary is the past VP of Environmental, Safety & Security at Modine Manufacturing and is now a Senior Advisor  at Endpoint Solutions, a RAMAC member firm.

Susan Richardson, PHR, serves as the RAMAC Human Resources Consultant providing human resource services and expertise to area companies and organizations.  She has over 30 years experience in the employment and human resources fields. Susan can offer many HR services to RAMAC members including Interim Human Resources management and consulting on a variety of human resources issues.  She is available for special projects such as writing or revising employee Manuals, updating job descriptions, providing outplacement services, and other projects requested by employers.   Susan can also provide training presentations on a variety of human resource and supervisory topics.   Call her for management advice in employment matters including any Human Resources policy and procedures.

Ms. Richardson has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a major concentration in personnel and business management.  She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute and is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) and SRKA (SHRM Racine/Kenosha Chapter and currently serves as the Workforce Readiness Director, initiating a job skills workshop for high school students.)
