Purpose: To make projects, programs, publications and staff services available to the Racine Area Community, RAMAC members and affiliate organizations.

Summary: Listed below are a wide variety of valuable community  services provided by the RAMAC staff.

 
 
 

Big Fish Bash

  • Provide administrative support services and staff liaison to steering committee.
  • Central office clearing house/ticket registration.

Business After 5

  • Provides opportunity for members to meet one another and conduct business in a social setting.
  • Highlights a member firm for hosting the event.

Certify Import/Export  Documents

  • Provide certification of documents needed by local companies to ship abroad.
  • Notary Public registered with state of Wisconsin and Racine County.

Corporate Volunteer Council of Racine

The primary objective of the CVCR is to provide a network for employer representatives to share their ideas and exchange experiences on employee volunteerism. We promote volunteerism among employees and their families for the benefit of the community, non profit organizations, and the volunteers involved.

"Crimestoppers" (Anti-Crime  Program)

  • Provide RAMAC staff liaison.
  • Mailing address and telephone  inquiries.

Fourth Fest

  • Provide RAMAC staff liaison  with 4th of July Committee.
  • Clearing house for phone inquiries.

Golden Key Awards

  • Recognizes business for commitment to the Racine area.
  • Informs public and increases awareness of business growth in the Racine area. 

International Outreach Office - Wisconsin Department of Commerce

  • Provides assistance for Racine businesses in exploring and accessing world markets.

Leadership Racine

Leadership Racine builds community trusteeship by developing strong, divers, and knowledgeable leaders.  The program recruits promising leaders and helps prepage them for positions of public influence and decision-making for Racine.  These leaders help to ensure a promising future for our community.

 

Partners in Education

Partners in Education provides direction and support to both business and educational systems to ensure the development of a productive and contributing workforce for our area.  It:

1) Directs the Youth Apprenticeship Program
2) Implements business/school/community partnerships
3) Informs the business community about Workforce Development and
4) Oversees Excellence in Education, mentoring partnerships and the annual Comparitive Analysis of Racine Schools.

Regional Technology Organization

  • A forum from which members can express individual viewpoints.
  • Freedom of movement within the three-county area.
  • United bargaining to achieve common contracts and broader understanding.

Wieczorek/Wright Industrial  Park

  • Staff administration.
  • Coordinates Programs & Services
  • Oversees control and future  development of park.
